What a great Company. Pity there are only 5 . Having contacted VW and spoke to Joel, who I must say, is a very pleasant and helpful young man. From our first telephone call to Joel, he made us feel at ease and confident that he could help us. Thank you Joel for all your kind help and assistance with getting our VW Campervan on the road, so we can now start to enjoy. A first class and courteous service, all round. Well done Joel. Very satisfied with the overall experience received at Ipswich VW. A special mention to James who provided a very professional and exceptional service. Very happy with the vehicle purchased, everything on the vehicle that was promised prior to purchase was carried out to a high level of standard. Would highly recommend.

Not my nearest/local vw but received much better customer service here than another branch shall I say. Had them service my van and use them for genuine parts. Nicely off the a12 without having to worry about town traffic so location is great.
