The experience has been brilliant from Purchasing it online to asking questions over the phone to the Unveiling of the car, the support from the team at the local service center and the additional "Car Care" offerings like doing all your Servicing and MOTs under Cazoo just made so much sense and the extended 4-year warranty really gives me peace of mind buying a used car. All calls over the phone have been brilliant with support, Sadly it sucks to see this physical site and many more are closing down now making the optional "Care Care" almost pointless. While the team at Ipswich was great I guess it was common knowledge to staff that everyone was going to be made redundant, Therefore over the past 2 months calls to the center directly never got answered and my service with Vauxhall almost never got booked in until I called cazoo directly, I won't put it down to negligence but rather the systems just not working due to the climate. Cazoo as it stands feels like a 5-star service, Mixing online autonomous car buying with traditional dealerships that give you that in-person support that businesses miss all the time! Sadly Cazoo has decided they need to lose more of their traditional dealerships and be more autonomous to be profitable.

Cazoo has had our car since December. They have decided it's not viable to fix it (they sold it to us with a mechanical problem). They have said this for the last one month. We are ringing daily to organise our refund but have not heard back from multiple offices. Tried numerous times to raise formal complaints but passed through to managers - then no one is available. We tried to raise formally with resolver - surprise, no response. Absolutely awful customer service and refund process. Disgusted!

I had never brought a car without looking at it first before but i cant fault cazoo,had a little issue when picking the car up, but they dealt with the issue and looked after me very well,i would defo recommend cazoo if you are debating buying a car online for the first time,would of been a 5/5 if the issue was picked up before i picked the car up.
