A 5* experience at Car Store in Ipswich. Jamie and all the staff we came across were professional and went out of their way to assist us identify the car we wanted from their comprehensive stock. A great, no pressure, experience. No hesitation recommending this organisation.

I had put down a deposit on a car and arranged for a test drive today, however when I arrived at the site was told that I cannot test drive the vehicle as I had not held my license long enough. When calling up in advance to arrange the test drive it was specifically stated that I am a new driver, and I was not advised about Carstore's policy on this. This ultimately resulted in a wasted trip and a waste of time. Would not recommend using Carstore if a new driver - it seems very odd that you can be expected to buy a car without being given the opportunity to test drive it

Be careful with your deposit, it won't be refunded if you don't call them back. Went there by appointment to buy a vehicle and found a dirty inside outside car, with no petrol and not charged battery. Plastic bits from car thrown on the seats . Asked them about bodywork and they said is great but on spot was full of dents and scratches. A waste of timen

Very pleasant experience buying our vehicle from Carstore Ipswich, it was a very straight forward transaction, as Jamie who dealt with us was very professional and very friendly helping us find our ideal car, would definitely recommend.
