From arranging a viewing and test drive and then purchasing the car, customer service was great, no issue there. But a month after having the car it started making weird turkey like noises when the engine was fully warmed up and sometimes going into limp mode. After countless calls and messages probably for nearly 2 weeks, they agreed to take a look but just palmed it off as a characteristic of the car, not interested in resolving or helping me at all. I had to replace vac pipes at the back of the car with new elbows, including the one to the recirc valve. the EGR valve also needed replacing as it was so clogged up it got damaged - this was causing the car going into limp mode. Did not want to be left with a broken down car like other customers/reviewers have, as I need a car work, so went ahead in getting the repairs done. Not an expense I wanted to incur when purchasing a car from a supposedly reputable used car dealer which should have been covered under warranty without a doubt.

Went to view a Citroen Xsara Picasso which was for sale for absolute top dollar, minter money, which was fine on the face of it considering it only had 33k on the clock. So I went and viewed. On inspection however the car was extremely tatty with clearly rotten sills. Junk being flogged for minter money. Such a shame. I'd say look at the other bad reviews before considering this dealership.

Bought a Honda Accord in Jan 2023, part-exchanging a Volvo V50. Joe came in on a Saturday morning to make the sale and was really helpful every step of the way. I had a warranty issue after 6 weeks which Joe honoured, even though I was on the other side of the country. He could've wrangled out of that but he didn't. I've been really impressed with their business manner and would certainly recommend to others. Joe is incredibly busy - which is a testament to how trusted he is by so many people - but he will come through when you need him.

Avoid buying any car from here, car was a danger and shouldnt have been sold. Read other reviews before using this con artist unless your in the market for scrap metal
