Please avoid this dealer they are so dodgy. I brought a vauxhall zifira and within 45 mins of collection the car started to overheat. On assessment it had leaked coolant and only had a small amount remaining. I topped up and it went straight through. Had to use stop leak to get to the garage. The garage diagnosed head gasket issues. Yet they took it back and claimed it has no issues. Rejected the car under the 30 day right to cancel under the consumer act still refused to refund my 524 deposit so had to take out a claim they offered 80 and said it was recovery costs. Sure, here is the reason: (Hope you reply to all other one star reviews who stated reasons for the well deserved rating) My friend bought a car from John in 2019 for 2000. He hardly used it for 4 months for local commute and he hadn't even done 200 miles. He later left for his home country due to a personal emergency, and was stuck there for several months due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. My friend requested me to speak to John and ask if he is willing to buy back the car as it is uncertain if he can come back to the UK. I explained my friend's situation to John and asked if he is willing to buy back the car. John told me that the car is worth only 200 now. Although we knew that he was trying to take advantage of my friend's situation, my friend agreed to sell the car for 200 as he is not in the UK. John took the car and never paid my friend despite chasing him several times. Recently when my friend came back to the UK, he visited John's office and confronted him. John replied that the car was worthless and hence he had to get rid of the car and gave it to scrap yard. That was a lie because, the car (Reg Number: KA57 HDG) was recently taxed, MOT passed and has active insurance. The well-deserved one-star rating is for the lie more than anything else above.
