I contacted them many times for a help in order to activate my van for online services ,which meant to be done from their side when I bought the van . So that I was unable to access my service records and digital data. I was kept informed that someone will call me back soon. I waited whole day and I even called them 3 times. It was actually a quick job for them .They were just avoiding me and kept redirecting to different departments. As a customer I felt very sad about the after sale support from them.
