        I have been working with Waller Transport since October 2021 and still am Consulting there. The people who work at Waller Transport are so committed to providing good customer care and have great relationships with customers and hauliers. A really great team. I genuinely recommend them to anyone requiring transport in the UK or Europe for traffic or containers. Service: Vehicle transport

        Terrible customer service.... made a booking for one pallet from UK to Spain on 27th April for delivery on 4th May. Customer contacted us on 18th May to chase up delivery and we discovered that the pallet had not even been collected. Today I have been advised due to the nature of the product (food ingredients) that they cannot help us !! Service: Vehicle transport

        Unreliable and on 3 experiences of collaborating, two were really poor wherein I was let down badly and lied to about the whereabouts of the driver. On one of the poor experiences, they had claimed the ports were closed due to Police, however when I checked by calling myself it transpired that the Police were only brought in to manage the flow of traffic. I could go on and on, but to be honest it is not worth it.
