        Just been on a training course with James Catchpole, he is an amazing trainer! He made the course fun, easy to learn and was very thorough. I feel confident that I could apply my first aid to any person in need, it's how James makes you feel...Confident and necessary. I will never again walk past a casualty and not offer help.
