At extremely late notice Duncan went out of his way to get me sorted with a roof box for a trip away on Friday afternoon before the easter holidays. Outstanding customer service and great prices I would highly recommend Bright Acres and will definitely use again.

Thank you Bright Acres team. I needed a ladder today to complete flue works on a boiler installation in Rosehill Crescent, even though they were a vehicle down they accommodated me and delivered me a suitable ladder around an hour after I called them. I paid by card over the phone and by the time I got back to the office tonight they had already sent me the invoice. I cannot fault them. The bad reviews below are clearly from DIY enthusiasts who havent got knowledge of the equipment they have asked to hire or a clue at how much tools actually cost to buy.
