Had a job interview via telephone yesterday with a Claire Scott via the Bristol office contact centre. She was a very good recruitment officer. The sad part about this review is that wearewoven based in Ipswich is not disabilty confident or friendly. Unfortunately they do not have accessable disabiled toilets and the building I was informed was not set up for people with disabilities. I was informed if my.laptop met the specification I could be considered for a work from home position. Unfortunately I laptop was a 2 core and you need windows 10 not the latest windows 11. I did the speed test everything was good but you need to purchase in high spec laptop such as core i5 9400. If you are interested in this contact centre job you need to have or buy the equipment the company does not.purchases it for you to use. Which is ashame as if you are needing work,.with the cost of living is company's should think of everyone who may be on low income or on universal credit if we could afford a500 laptop and the head set and the cables and a new phone, most of use would not need help such as benefits. For a contact centre who.deals.with prestigious clients and provides outsourcing to wearewoven, I hope this clients know that the customer service agents.working from home know that they have to have all the equipment to do the job they purchase these themselves Ps this is the email that was sent to me.. this is the response that I received from another recruitment officer.
