        When I call, I always ask whether there are any taxis available straight away before continuing to the details. I reconfirmed that I want the taxi for now as soon as possible. After 10 mins of waiting to be told itd be another 10, defeats the object of me needing a taxi straight away. Just tell me itll be 20 mins straightaway so I can weigh up my options before committing. Complete waste of time

        Got a cab with this firm yesterday for the first time. The driver was a gentleman named Richard. Very professional and absolutely lovely bloke! Arrived early too which was great. Will definitely use this company again and highly recommend.
