        The receptionist is really rude, cabs wont come on time its such a waste of time

        Controller was rude and abrupt hung up when we phoned to find out where our taxi was. Booked taxi for 8am the day before, poor taxi driver got told at 8am that he had a booking at 8 so he was 15mins lat. He was very apologetic and explained how the system worked. SORT OUT YOUR OFFICE STAFF
