        Always use this company when I need a taxi, always on time and friendly staff/drivers

        My disabled mum phoned to book a taxi and said to the operator we have a walker and buggy, both collapsible and 4 large bags of shopping, waited over 30 minutes for the rude driver to turn up and go I was told it was 2 large bags, I cant take you got in his cab and drove off, leaving myself and my mother in the rain with our shopping, we phoned cab smart back and the driver said it was 6 large bags when it wasnt, if he counted he wouldve seen 4!!! Will NOT be using cab smart again, not the first time this driver has been rude to us!!!
