Slightly disappointed with the service I received. I was told that the alterations would be 25, I only had 30, they had no change so paid 30. When I went to collect the dress on the date that was agreed, no alteration had been done and I had to make myself busy in town. I then asked for the 5 change that they didn't have the week before and got met with a rude response. Overall the dress alteration is fine but the service was poor.

Are you ready for my story.... I came here Tuesday morning to have my coat fixed; a hole in the pocket & belt loops. I was told it would take 3-4 hours.... Wednesday morning I dropped my coat off to be fixed & was told it would be ready from opening Friday. Went in Friday morning - my coat hadnt been done. I was advised to come back in 2 hours Came back two and a half hours later - got handed a coat that wasnt mine, didnt even look similar! Was told to come back. Came back a couple of hours later. Paid for coat. Saturday morning I put my coat on to find that the pocket hadnt been repaired! Id spent 10 on having a couple of belt loops fixed! Go back Saturday morning, the pocket is fixed there and then in seconds. It was disappointing that they were that unorganised that I had to go to store 4 times! Imagine if I needed my coat there and then Friday morning like promised!
