        Doctor was good when able to see him. Waited ages for a call then missed it due to work and had to call back as not online. Informed surgery I had no internet access, they asked me to send photos How? Had to call again, hours calling!

        Was booked in for an appointment only to arrive and be told it was over the phone, and they might not even call me at all- even though my confirmation gave me a specific time and place to be. Whoever decided this merge was a good idea needs looking at.
