        Report on a structural issue was VERY slow (7 working days) to be published, without a reason given and after being phoned for haste by us. The report was scant on details and when details were required, for a steel frame to be engineered, they were just not forth coming. Its been months. So now it looks like well have to pay a second SE Co to come out and repeat the visit and calculate the spec for us. Thanks Darren!
