        From initial contact and survey, through installation and aftercare, Greenscape have always arrived on time, communicated clearly and simply done what they said they would. Everyone from customer facing front line guys and girls to installation and support team always courteous, knowledgible and professional thorughout the process. As far as I can tell (and I've done some research) the equipment used was/is among the best in the field. A couple of minor queries I had for the aftersales team were answered timely and fully. I've awarded 5 stars because they are clearly a 5 star company who care about what they do and I have no problems fully recommending their service.

        We arranged our installation via South Cambs DC and although we had a slow start as a part from Europe became unobtainable, once it had arrived, the whole process ran very smoothly. I am not a technical person, but I do know that we have a total of 25 panels over three roof areas to make the most of the sun available to us. The installation team worked really hard and completed the process in the two days quoted. Everyone from the people in the office through to the installation team, was friendly and polite. My questions have been answered very quickly and details of what happens now the panels are installed and working arrived promptly after payment was made. We are now enjoying producing our own energy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Greenscape to anyone looking at installing solar panels.

        Very professional installation. The two boys completed installing 16 panels and commissioning them and battery units in a day. Highly recommended.
