In addition, they do not provide their customers with the necessary assistance they need! For example, when I tried to get the customs cleared, they did not provide any satisfactory solution just saying that "unfortunately there was nothing that they could do to sort it out". That is why, I had the devil's own job clearing customs!
I am completely dissatisfied with this company!
