        we brought a corner sofa 4 years ago, led to believe that it was leather and material, found that one of the arms on the corner suite had perished, was told that I needed to pay 60.00 for a person to tell me that it is a maninfactor fault, contacted scs who told me that there's nothing they can do to put it right, and offered me 60.00,which is a joke, as I told them can they find another corner sofa for 60.00, they didn't reply., this is a very bad company, and I wish I didn't buy from them. I am disappointed with them, and in the process of taking it to the ombudsman.

        I've been in store and felt the quality of the sofas to be poor. Wasnt impressed . I then found a fb page titled scs customer complaints and has over 6000 members complaints about customers service and poor quality and faulty furniture etc. Glad I didnt buy a sofa now.
