I would like to say thankyou to CF Social Work as and Keran for making s big difference to me and my daughter. Keran has been amazing. She is very good at her job she is very professional. My daughter smiles when keran is working ng with her. I would like to have keran work with my daughter for as long as possible.the Local authority Should bear this in mind that costings should not come into it when trying to help families I have also received support from Keran who has listened to me and as a professional I have found that NY voice does bit matter. Keran has listened and been so supportive. We need more people like her

Good support from some of the staff Keran and Chris are lovely people they have supported me and my family Keran is very professional and maintains a high standard of work she is very approachable and she is very good at listening I suffered very highly in anxiety and she made me feel very comfortable she a lovely lady

Chris and Ross are cool but like everybody else there i didn't trust them 100%... All I can say negative (thats the only thing that people reading reviews are interested in anyway right?) Is... SWA Sofia gave quite insistent bad advice which resulted in newborn child unnecessary suffering, pain and discomfort. SWA Luke was a increasingly inappropriate towards mother of newborn, sexual remarks and inappropriate content in conversation also looked at mother of child's body, Bum and down her top, mother made to feel very uncomfortable by his conduct. SWA Danielle thieved item of moderate value from mother of child (22) and used foul language CF Social work reimbursed this in cash. SWA Claudette was quite very nosey and pretentious, told us she could lie about us and get us in trouble if we annoyed her or upset her, seems as though she liked to insinuate that she can be quite aggressive and in my opinion she came across very stuck up. PLACEMENT MANAGER amanda was very strange to deciphered we thought she was very nice but it seemed kind of put on and laboured but thought we were being paranoid until at the IRH in County Court it was made quite clear that she was saying one thing to us and another to the local authority. Overall the service is good, and we were grateful for the opportunity to prove ourselves with this private company as I am quite sure it would have ended quite tragically different if we were supervised and assessed by the local authority themselves....
