    Don't listen to half of these reviews, they are from people who don't understand how a claim works. GB does not delay claims on purpose, and the laughable complaint for compensation for stress, isn't even real. The people who are complain 9 times out of 10 either wanted their car fixed instantly, were unhelpful to the claim, or wanted some sort of free money

    This so called excuse for a reputable insurance company is the most frustrating,non caring ignorant lot I have ever had to deal with. It took me about six months to get my claim for compensation acknowledged, only to be told that as I had no financial loss, as my claim for stress and inconvenience did not warrant moral compensation. In fact they totally dismissed my claim out of hand. Very disappointed and disgusted.

    CSA Administration, part of Gallagher Bassett Int, which handles travel insurance claims for Staysure among others is slow, disruptive and incompetent. It continually asks for the same documentation and information in a frustrating ground hog day. I have been waiting SEVEN months for my claims to be processed and I'm still being asked for documents they have been sent several times before. Ironically, Staysure has a 5 star Defaqto rating and equally high ratings on Trust Pilot. It is totally undeserved given that they wash their hands of their customers the moment they need to make a claim and leave them at the mercy of an ever-changing number of personnel at CSA.
