Gone downhill over past few years, warden hours cut to bare minimum, residents (through pandemic) treated abysmally. Maintenance throughout building has to be fought for; decoration of communal areas has recently been done but was quick repaint, carpets (worn, marked and dirty) were not replaced as one resident makes a mess so not worth doing apparently. Entrance door has been broken for months but, again, not worth repair according to notice put on it. Lock has been put on lounge area so, if front doors get jammed as they did a while ago, residents and visitors/carers have no alternative access unless fire door is propped open. Residents, on the whole, are lovely, friendly and have lots of community spirit. Hoping that now Flagship have taken over responsibility here that some resources will be upgraded and welfare become a priority again.
