Ive been wanting to order from here for a wile but Ive been putting it off , OMG its amazing !! If they had given the opportunity to give 4 and a half stars I would . The only reason it wouldnt get a 5 star was due to the chips not being crunchy due to it being a takeaway and not served at the table so they lost there crunch , but the chicken wings and boneless chicken thighs are a 10/10 and the burger also 100/10 they would run 5 guys out of business if more people new. this is my new go to takeaway

Placed an order for collection for 2 burgers and sharing nachos. Nothing to complain about the service and speed but the quality of the food was poor. The burgers were nothing special for the price and the nachos were awful. Wed gone for nachos with chicken and bacon, the chicken had gristle in most bites as well as 2 chunks of skin/off cut which were vile. The nachos themself were also thick and powdery and not pleasant. Ended up binning them which was a shame! Unfortunately wont be returning.

Wont be using deliveroo anymore, food was cold & inedible. As for BR&W used to be great at duke st ( Ipswich ) but the quality is absolutely terrible now - not to mention my order was not full - missing 11.95 Ribs - called up & they gave me lip service - blagged me off & I never got my Ribs - Nah
