        Charming, helpful assistant in Reception who speedily helped me get my car booked in for checking after the battery failed and arranged a loan car without fuss. Kept me posted over the days the car was being assessed and fixed. All sorted. Never used John Banks for my Dacia previously but shall certainly do so again. Thank you!
