I have been having monthly reflexology treatments with Nikki and can recommend her highly. The moment she places those hot flannels on my feet I begin to relax and by the end of the session I am in relaxation heaven! Since beginning reflexology my feet feel so much better, I am sleeping much better and my neck and shoulder pain has improved. Nikkis new reflexology room is in a lovely peaceful location and is well worth the journey to Copdock, she makes you feel at ease as soon as you arrive, is highly qualified and very professional. If you havent tried reflexology before I can 100% recommend you give it a go with Nikki.

Nikki will put you at ease the moment you sit in her lovely comfy chair. Her treatments are SO relaxing and I felt very de-stressed afterwards. Her prices are very reasonable and I look forward to the next session

I have been seeing Nikki for a few months now and I have noticed her treatments have improved the feeling and mobility I have in my feet. This has meant that because my feet are less tight and tense, they are able to work as they should do, which in turn has helped enormously with the pain I was experiencing in my ankles, knees and hips. The treatment has also helped to reduce the amount and intensity of the migraines I was suffering from. Nikki is a very talented reflexologist with a great aptitude for putting people at ease and I would recommend her treatments to anyone who is struggling with any kind of ailments.
