He facilitated the negotiation of adjustments to the proposed contract and he remained available for advice after I started the job. I would be happy to work with Darryl again in future.

Darryl is a good listener, will ask questions to make sure he knows what you need and will have his input at the end. Thanks to his personality it feels like talking to a friend. Made the effort to meet me in person, which I appreciated and found my new job not long after. Highly recommend!
