This company is amazing and absolutely 100 percent has your back and will go above and beyond to find you a role that you want. Max well what can I say your amazing and a genuinley great guy as you all are. I have used other agencies before such as pertempts and I can honestly say that Only Social Care are a far better all round and the best in the market . Fantastic service from Only Social Care - Ive been supported by Kane since 2019 and received a reliable, friendly service. Kane has taken time to check in and get to know me and my work needs and link me up with jobs that are well suited, as a result Ive gained invaluable knowledge, skills and contacts in my areas of interest. I have signed up with other recruitment agencies in the past, but they dont measure up to the service Ive had from Only Social Care; dependable, caring and genuinely interested in finding the right job for me. Most recently Ive been set up with an exciting new role with a competitive hourly rate of pay (more than what was stated in the job ad may I add!!). I consider Only Social Care the best out there and will continue working with them for all my agency social role needs.

I decided to join this amazing Recruitment Agency following weeks of encouragements and genuine support from one of the recruitment consultants (Kane) who took his time to explain what agency working entails and subsequently sold the benefits of agency working to me which outweighs the negatives and i must confess that he did an amazing job because I am now enjoying the rewards of working as an Agency Social Worker. Kane's approachable personality, skills and expertise in doing his job excellently gave me peace of mine and confident to transition into my new role smoothly and i couldn't be more happier having him as my personal consultant.
