Dear Greg, You have publicly stated that you believe that I am attempting to break the law, and I consider this defamation and libellous. The principle reason why this isn't true is that your company contacted me, and I explained the terms and conditions under which I could contract my services to you. Your company then agreed to those terms and conditions and work commenced. For me to be trying to break the law by gaining employment with an agency on a CIS basis, I would have needed to have contacted you, but as I'm sure your extensive voice over internet protocol records show, you contacted me, and as our email records show I explained to you under what terms I could provide my services prior to any work commencing, or any contract being formed. You have stated that you cannot work under CIS whilst under instruction, and this is correct. However, I was not under instruction, and their was no one on site qualified to instruct me how to do the job that was required of me. Most agencies require CIS contractors to make a declaration that they are capable and competent to work on their own initiative as validation of their contractor status. You claim in your response that my wages were paid as per all your employees, but we both know that no employment contract exists between myself and your company, and that my wages were paid via a third party company. I am still owed money, and the email I sent to your third party payment company 5 days ago still goes unanswered. Whilst I am sure that you have found many jobs for people, and that this has led to many people becoming employees of your selected third party company. My experience has been an unpleasant one, and is getting worse by the minute. Now can you issue a public statement retracting you allegation that I am attempting to conduct illegal activities, if not I will have no option but to seek to make a claim against you for libel. Regards, Simon
