I applied for a job online via Employment Specialists and the following day received a phone call from Lucy who explained the company and job description to me in detail. She promptly forwarded my CV to the company and had arranged an interview for the following week and sent me some further information about the role and what was expected so I knew what the recruiter's would be looking for in an applicant. The day before the interview, Lucy contacted me to go over some interview techniques and ensure that I was ready and as prepared as could be. Following the interview, Lucy contacted me with the feedback from the company and had arranged my second interview for 4 days time and again, provided further advice for my interview and what I could expect from this one. Lucy contacted me later that day to tell me I had been successful and that the company would like to offer me the job. Lucy has been fantastic throughout the whole process of securing my new role by keeping me updated in a timely manner and with her professionalism; I am so grateful for the information, advice and reassurance she provided at every step. As a side note, each time I have contacted the office every member of the team has been friendly, courteous and professional. I have worked with Employment Specialists on more than one occasion, and each time, i can wholeheartedly say that the services they provide are exceptional, and second to none. They are now, and will always be, my first choice when considering a new career. This, in addition to the level of integrity and excellent customer service they operate under, results in a candidate experience which cannot be compared to any other recruiter I've ever dealt with.
