Martin is a Brilliant and insightful man.. He helped me through a very difficult patch with my youngest daughter during her early teens. After understanding the relevance of counselling techniques in my life, I went on to do a two weekends Co-Councelling course with Martin and a great bunch of people. The skills I learnt with Martin over 25years ago now, have been a godsend to me.. I cannot praise Martin enough for his sensitivity and dedication towards his clients. I really do owe this wonderful man big-time for showing me,very simply, how to regain some sense of sanity around all my mother issues!

Martin runs an amazing course on mindfulness which I highly recommend. It is so useful learning how to be completely present. Learning to quiet the rush of your thoughts and just be has helped me to deal with worries, stresses and anxiety. Practicing it has taught me to take a step away from the racing thoughts and intense emotions sometimes and be able to observe them rather than be swept along by them. Its empowering. Martin is very approachable, kind and interesting and an incredible teacher.

Martin Wilks is a brilliant and helpful person. I strongly recommend him and the Mindfulness courses lead by him. I attended a Mindfulness course of his where I was taught how to overcome stress, negative thoughts and anger. Also when I went to his Mindfulness course I felt calm and relaxed just by the mere place, atmosphere and Nature. During the course Martin talked to me slowly, calmly, kindly and with a smile. Also I could feel that he understood me, listened to me carefully and tried his best to help me as he did! In my opinion what makes him the best psychologist and mindfulness teacher is the fact he himself follows the mindfulness concepts. This is why I will confidently recommend Martin Wilks and his workshops to anyone trying to find the right way!
