Beane Wass & Box

This review comes a little late but figured id put it up anyway. Dealt with beane wass & box twice now and both times were equally bad. first time was renting a place where i was charged 150 (from deposit refund) for fogetting to flush a toilet. literally thats all it was and when i offered to quickly flush it was told it wouldnt make a difference because he had already written it down. also recieved no support whatsoever for the entire 2 years i lived at the property. second time was when i arranged to view a place and upon meeting the agent outside the property i was informed that the place had already been rented days earlier. rather than phone, email or text me they thougjt it best to waste my time. slow day at the office maybe? my entire experience with these people has been negative and would certainly not recommend such a lack of professionalism to anyone. some estate agents run a respectable business, just not this one apparently.

We used Beane, Wass and Box to find a property solution for a National Charity earlier in 2018. We found them to be helpful, friendly and proactive in assisting us with our search, which was complex and tight in terms of timescales.
