In the beginning everything was great. Jane was amazing, any engineers we encountered were so helpful. Then we came across some more snagging issues and we were left waiting for months on end while the issues steadily got worse. We chased and chased, got palmed off every time while they dragged their heels. Weve not been told almost a year later to just deal with the warrantee company directly. Shocking experience from the office. No customer service at all.

A big thank you for making our move possible, the house is amazing, the quality superb. We are still finding little touches that we never realised we had brought with the home. Jane was superb throughout the sale and on the hand over. Setting up the trades to explain how everything works. Not that we have needed any snagging, when called upon it has all been very efficient. Thank you
