        The cartridge supplied is clearly empty - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this company. They don't answer their phone. I would have given a minus star rating had there been one.

        Had ink cartridges delivered the other day & only printed 2 pages & run out of ink. The order was on ebay & i sent message & no reply & they don't answer the phone. So i take it is a scam avoid at all cost

        I bought 2 cartridges on eBay. One was faulty after 3 weeks light use. I have contacted them 3 times using different methods, but they haven't replied. I am very disappointed with their after sales service. I have wasted my money!

        They sold me a faulty cartridge, have ignored my emails in this connection, dont answer their phone, or they leave a message to say that they cannot answer the phone, and you cannot leave a message, so to try phoning later. I have been quite unable to get hold of them in any way. So much for their promise of customer support. They dont deserve even the one star I am obliged to give.
