        Very Unhelpful lady, was told she cant take my letter (recorded) as they dont pay her enough hours and she was going to close (website says open all day till 5.30)

        Incredibly INCREDIBLY rude and unhelpful lady (honestly she was such a Karen) I had arrived 30 minutes before closing time to return a parcel and was turned away because the royal mail driver was in the building. He had NOT signed in nor was he ready to pick up the parcels but because he was in the building, she had refused to take any additional parcels. The closing time is at 1pm, if this is the process then the closing times need to updated online. She also spoke in a very aggressive and rude manner.

        Useless so and so's decided that shutting at 18:26 was fine...... If the sign says 18:30, that means you stay on desk serving untill 18:30, not let people rush to get there 4 minutes before you close to find you've shut up and left already. Previous trips have been extremely time consuming.
