        A lovely helpful lady served me,...I had to phone a customer of mine ,to get full delivery details,..patiently she waited,as it was a sensitive order I was sending...in fact,...it was a funeral tribute made out of feathers,. When I handed her the parcel,and showing her a photo what was in the box .she said"it's as light as a feather"..in fact ..500 feathers in a wing shape... Brilliant service..thank you
