I always end up smiling when I go here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favour, when you need to send a parcel or something, give them a look. The cost is what it is, but the ladies behind the counter help take the edge off. Good work girls!

If only there was a prize given out for the top post office, this one would win hands down. I look forward to going there. The ladies always have a smile on their faces and couldn't do enough for you. I often come out laughing as the banter with the staff and other customers is always a delight.

Patronising, argumentative and downright rude! My wife and I went in to see if they could print/accept her return label as the PO in town has been able to do previously. It was only as we were passing and sending something else from the priority post box there. They couldn't and the woman behind the counter started going on about how we needed to take it to the computer shop 'next door' and get them to print it off (they would, for a fee). If we wanted to do that I would have printed it off at home. I said we're not looking to argue but that the PO in town had done it before so she will go back there. They apparently have an extra system/printer that they use that can deal with it. As we were leaving the old boy (owner?) who seemed to be putting out cards, but looked like another customer, starts chiming in with snide remarks displaying an awful attitude and continuing the argument in some holier than though fashion. His customer service skills need a major overhaul! There was no need for him to poke his nose in! I've used this shop a few times before and apart from a few niggles it's been okay, but I won't be rushing back given how we were treated.
