New staff are great - friendly and helpful. Layout a bit cramped but brilliant to have a local post office again. So handy and long opening hours

Returned a 150 item through RM 48 hour as the shop I had purchased from only had this option available for the returns process. Admittedly this was during the strike period/bank holidays, however, the tracking over 2 weeks later is still showing my item as being at this post office. I popped into the post office with proof of postage slip, as soon as I mentioned my item was allegedly still there all I received was "speak to customer services" I asked when the last collection was made, I was told "already gone" After a phonecall to RM they claim it's odd that this would be the case and suggested this could be as a result of this post office "losing" my item, the backlog has been caught up on and there shouldn't be any issues. Make of that what you will. I have since returned and placed orders through RM and have had no problems, items have arrived/been received within 24/48 hours. Now to press on with trying to resolve this with the purchase company. Should anything change, I'll update the review.
