        The post lady will make you buy the most expensive service, even will say that is the only option available. Going to a different post office next time.

        The post mistress does not know how parcels generate revenue for the post office and places restrictions on what you can post there to suit herself. She is not up to speed regarding the rules governing what is restricted and prohibited to send in a parcel and seems to apply the rules applicable to airport hand luggage. I will have to go elsewhere in future, which means the shop will inevitably lose my custom too.
