Ipswich Post Office

Horrendous, how is this place is even open still when they function at half capacity of what you need from a post office, there always seems to be one person working at once and a massive cue, and to top of wasting your hour lunch break queueing everytime just to send a parcel, the staff are totally unhelpful.

Theres only ever 1 person working every time Ive gone in there and 1 other person seemingly just faffing around whilst theres a queue of 6+ people! Waited 15mins and the line had only moved by 2 people. Avoid if you can. Edit: Two of the staff there are lovely, I cant remember their names but it was a lady & young man. Both super lovely and kind, but unfortunately the other two men bring down the place so much.

Absolutely avoid this post office. The staff have had training in and excell at 'How slow can we go'. Multiple staff serving one customer at a time and doing nothing. Useless. Go somewhere else.

Understaffed and had to wait 45 minutes before I was served. BUT The lady that was running the centre with a young lad who finished at 3:30 so she was then on her own with tons of customers was incredible. She kept her cool even with an aggravated customer that misunderstood their passport applications and I really wished that she had more staff with her so that she didn't have to deal with so much rubbish. She even felt she had to apologise for the wait which is completely not her fault. This place needs more staff but the customer service I witnessed and received was fantastic.

Sent a card to a friend and it was ripped open, and a thief stole a stamp I had enclosed. She said 4 envelopes she received this season were opened. Shame on you postal workers that are stealing enclosed items.
