        The parcel return collection service for amazon just doesnt work, hopefully my next delivery for amazon will be by a reliable delivery service

        Very bad service, if you need your parcel at due time please do not use Royal mail Was supposed to get my parcel on 27th, I was home all through only to receive a mail that no one was home, scheduled a redelivery for 29th, I didnt receive my package, picked up a taxi to chase it at their office after calling customer service to confirm its opened, now its closed. Very useless service, now Ill have to cancel my flight because a document I need is in the parcel

        On our estate we are having lots of post going to the wrong addresses. This is a breach of GDPR. And is not acceptable. We can now claim against this.
