Booked a plumber to attend a leak in the bathroom, it was an emergency enquiry, they were unable to attend quickly due to lack of staff/busy, however agreed to wait 2 weeks as needed the service and I booked in advance, received a call today 3 working days before appointment to cancel the appointment not even an offer to rearrange, a point blank cancel. Obviously not very happy given the circumstances of a leakage and had already waited, when I said that I was not happy with the customer service they were providing, the response was that I had not used them for a while. I recall the reason I had not used them for a while was because they decided they no longer service the type of boiler I had so unable to use them! They clearly don't need new customers or older ones at that. Not recommended as unreliable you can't rely on them turning up, so unprofessional.
