        Booked an agreed date and time to cut off a gas pipe, service a boiler, never turned up, won't respond to msgs or calls. Total waste of time and completely unprofessional. Update. In reply....I spoke to you directly via local heroes when you called me, and if no boiler service was mentioned, how did you quote 60 plus 24 for a service kit and you can do it in same visit as pipe cut off?? Review stays as its truthful thank you.
