Papa John's Pizza

Took over 2 hours for the food to arrive. Took 7 attempts to get hold of them on the phone. Was told 10 mins. Took another 20 to arrive. There was a missing topping from one of the pizzas and a missing dip from one of the sides. This is the last time I will be using this Papa Johns.

Shouldve checked the reviews to begin with ordering.. we had ZERO issues in the past with this place.. and tonight me and my husband have been waiting for over 2 hours! I am writing this review as I sat waiting for my food to arrive.. this company looks after their customers.. no you dont. Eager to hang up the phone when questioned on where my order is 3-4 minutes my a**! My husband even had to ride to this shop to figure out whats going on.. no more Papa Johns.. a real shame..

After waiting an hour... And calling the place 5 time the order arrived wrong.. one of the items was missing and another one was cooked wrong It's a shame that it used to be a nice place

Third time ordering from here, just as bad as the first. First time we ordered they sent the wrong pizza. Called and told them, the man argued with me for ages and finally agreed and then it took another hour for the new pizza to be delivered, so i complained as the rest of our food was cold and we wanted to enjoy it together, and after all when its their mistake should they not rectify this straight away not after an hour? so we waited a total of two hours for the one pizza. The man said hed give a free pizza on our next order, which we didnt get obviously. This time theyve had it marked as out for delivery 35 minutes ago, and as Enjoy 20 minutes ago, to call and find out the delivery man has just left? Why update the tracking to delivered when it hasnt actually left. After asking this exact question, the man didnt answer and left the phone. Could hear people talking in the background but the man didnt answer at all. Absolutely useless, the norwich store is amazing but this one is dreadful, terrible service, wont be going again. Also to mention, we live 5 minutes away and have been waiting an hour! Never again
