        I can thoroughly recommend Laras Pilates classes for anyone, Im a very stiff middle-aged guy whos not very bendy, Ive been attending her classes for a while now and can almost touch my toes, shes a very patient. enthusiastic and knowledgeable Instructor who makes exercise seem like fun.

        Just had a sports massage and it was incredible I booked with Lara and I felt very welcome and she was able to losen some stubborn knots in my back. Highly recommend.
