2nd month in row my repeat prescription was not done. They blamed GP and lied to me saying it was requested from the GP. I contacted GP who said Boots made no contact with the surgery to request this. You had one job Boots Pharmacy. I'm now doing repeats myself as can't trust them.

Seem to be closed lots lately and unreliable. Such a shame as the staff are so lovely

I'm sorry but what idiot has given these let's say people a five star rating this Laura and some heavy set blonde bird with glasses need sacking all day I've witness them talk rudely and inappropriately to some very elderly people who are suffering because they can't be bothered to check on thier perscribed medication I suffer with severe anxiety so struggle to get out sometimes and rely on my medication an awful lot 3 days since Ipswich HOSPITAL NOT GP the HOSPITAL sent them an urgent prescription she had no idea what she was doing and was completely dismissive of not only me but some seriously elderly people who I guess were just gobsmacked that a test like that is able to walk and work in a place they created for her disgusting pharmacy the bloke in their Micheal??? he's a great man can't do enough for you just a shame about the other staff

This store is awful they never answer the phone have to chase every prescription up as they dont reorder them terrible
