        I have used this pharmacy for years and always found it to be excellent, however recently the service standards have drastically reduced. Today I visited this branch and the on duty pharmacist so rude to all the customers including me for having the audacity of asking if our prescriptions were ready or when other products not available today would be in stock. I appreciate they maybe having staff issues, as posted on the door, but this doesnt mean you can be rude and dismissive to customers.

        The queue is so long you wait 20 mins then find they have none of the 3 items I wanted. Improve your service I appreciate you may not be able to get things at the moment but to wait that long to find out not good service.
