They probably answer one phone call out of every 50 or so they get. I've just given up after 25 attempts and the line rings out on the 19th ring and cuts you off. Don't know what the phone policy is with Lloyd's as it was exactly the same in Witham where I moved from. If ypire not prepared to take customers calls seeking an update on their prescription then do NOT display a contact number as this is a cruel and frustrating ruse and not funny at all!!!
