I was served by an absolutely wonderful lady. Her name is Amanda. I was only getting over the counter stuff, not a prescription. Amanda was friendly helpful and is an angel quite prepared to go not just go the extra mile, she's prepared to go an extra 5 miles. I sure Amanda deserves a payrise. They really are lucky to have her. She is a gem.

I absolutely agree with others regarding the female staff member called Amanda who brightens everyones day with her positive attitude and her empathetic approach towards customers. She is an asset to any retailer and should be rewarded for her welcoming and non-judgmental vibe. She gives customers that human touch that customers appreciate helping them feel relaxed. 5 stars for Amanda, 3 for the pharmacy!!

The lady who served me was wonderful, without her mask I would imagine she has the biggest smile ever. The pharmacist on the other hand is rude, aggressive and speaks to you like you're a five-year-old! Unfortunately 111 sent my son's prescription here instead of our preferred chemist, I absolutely dread going in here, especially if I have to deal with the pharmacist. Utterly appalling.
