        Never can find my prescription, even insisted id collected it. no apology just spoken to rudely again by assistant manager. not he first time either he had my daughter in tears!!

        Been going here for over 6 years. Friendly bunch of people. Found out that this store specifically had changed their name to A&H Pharma. A few new faces working but some of the old team is there which is nice.

        Never had any problems, monthly prescription always ready for collection. Staff helpful and courteous.

        On Saturday dialed 111, eventually spoke to on call doctor who wrote a prescription for pain killers. After approx 16 attempts got through to pharmacy. Told computer not working and therefore prescription cannot be done. Gentleman said hoped to be fixed Monday. This is not an out of hours service - appalling.
