        So upset and disappointed following my visit to The Groom Room at Martlesham yesterday, 15/12/22. Before and after photos show how awful Ted looks now. He is cold and constantly demanding cuddles. Will definitely not be returning. Doesnt look like the same dog!

        Very polite excellent groomer Charlie looks great paid before I left him but on picking him up a different member of staff told me I'd only paid part of my bill nit true ask to pay again I didn't as I knew I'd paid part cash part card shame that's why rating less
